The Oshawa FireWolves are currently seeking a motivated individual for our 2026-2027 Game Presentation Internship. The ideal candidate for this internship is organized, creative, capable of proactive problem solving, and a critical thinker. A qualified candidate should be able to work independently and within a team, handle multiple projects at once, and achieve objectives set forth by their supervisor and themselves. Candidates selected for a role within the organization will be given the opportunity to have a hand in multiple aspects of executing an Oshawa FireWolves home game and must be reliable for assisting the gameday production team throughout the course of the season.Â
Job Responsibilities:Â
- Support the planning and execution of in-game promotions, fan engagement activities, and concourse activations. Â
- Assist with crowd management and guest services to maintain a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all attendees. Â
- Participate in the setup and teardown of game-day materials, signage, promotional items, and technical equipment. Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate game-day operations. Â
- Manage the logistics and delivery of in-game promotions, fan contests, and interactive experiences. Â
- Oversee in-game entertainment and personnel, including national anthem performers, halftime acts, and special appearances. Â
- Assist with the timing and execution of game presentation elements, including game scripts, music cues, video, lighting, special effects, player introductions, promotions, sponsor activations, and live entertainment. Â
- Design and implement new game presentations and fan engagement concepts. Â
- Assist the Director of Game Presentation with day-to-day planning, organization, and preparation for FireWolves games and events. Â
- Provide full-time in-office support to the Game Presentation department, including research, communication, and game-day preparation. Â
- Serve as a stage manager during FireWolves home games, helping coordinate hosts, performers, mascots, players, and other game presentation personnel.Â
Qualifications:Â
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a closely related fieldÂ
- Available to work ALL Oshawa FireWolves home games throughout the season, including evenings and weekends, with availability beginning up to five hours before game timeÂ
- Consistently present a professional image and demeanor, both in appearance and conductÂ
- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and address operational challengesÂ
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneouslyÂ
- Flexible schedule and committed to working evenings, weekends, holidays, and playoff games as requiredÂ

Job Responsibilities:Â
- Act as a brand ambassador for the team at FireWolves home games and while attending community events, festivals, sponsor activations, and public appearances, helping create positive fan interactions, generating leads, and increasing awareness of the team across the Durham Region community.
- Assist with brainstorming creative ideas for promotional videos and marketing campaignsÂ
- Help plan and coordinate marketing efforts related to community events, ticket sales, in-game activities, and general brand promotionÂ
- Support the development and distribution of marketing materials to local businesses, event locations, and key spots in the communityÂ
- Conduct research to help identify local trends, interests, and promotional opportunitiesÂ
- Help organize and track marketing inventory, printed materials, and promotional suppliesÂ
- Participate in grassroots marketing efforts such as flyer drops, street team activations, and in-game giveaway distributionÂ
- Document and report on the impact of in-person marketing efforts by gathering feedback and photos of displays or activationsÂ
- Assist with sponsorship fulfillment by assembling and delivering signage, banners, and materials for partner activationsÂ
- Prepare and organize event supplies, including banners, flyers, handouts, giveaways, etc.Â
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Oshawa FireWolves Front Office staffÂ
Qualifications:Â
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldÂ

Candidates selected for a role within the organization will be given the opportunity to have a hand in multiple aspects of executing an Oshawa FireWolves home game and must be reliable for assisting the ticket sales team throughout the course of the season.Job Responsibilities:-
Promoting and selling FireWolves single and group experience ticket packages

Ensuring the thorough execution of all ticketing packages on a game day

Organize unique ticket-sales-generating projects throughout the season

Tracking sales, contacts and leads

Collaborate with multiple departments within the organization

Prospect and canvas local and national businesses/schools/organizations for group ticketing opportunities

Set up face-to-face meetings with prospective clientele

Assist the Ticket Department in all areas, including service, fulfillment, and execution of special events, packages, and game–day responsibilities

Attend all home games for the duration of their internship.

Make cold calls and deliveries from provided lists to customers

Ensure an exemptional level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:-
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field

A working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a MUST

Must be available to work all Oshawa FireWolves home games throughout the season

Willing to work weekdays and all home games (some evenings, holidays, and weekends)

The Fury are the professional dance team representing the Oshawa FireWolves of the National Lacrosse League (NLL), performing at all home games at Tribute Communities Centre and serving as ambassadors for the FireWolves in the Durham Region. In addition to their in-game performances, the Fury actively participate in community events, hosts youth clinics, and make promotional appearances throughout the year. We are seeking a social media intern who will play a key role in growing the Fury’s digital presence and supporting team operations.ÂThis internship offers an exciting opportunity for current university-level students to gain real-world experience in social media management, event promotion, and sports marketing. Interns will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, from content creation to partnership activation, and will be given the opportunity to build their portfolio in a fast-paced, professional sports environment. The position is eligible for college credit and is available for full or part-time candidates during the 2026-27 NLL season.Â
Position Overview:
The Fury are currently seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our 2026-27 Social Media Internship Program. The ideal candidate for this internship is organized, creative, and capable of being adaptable to tight deadlines. The candidate selected for a role within the organization will be given the opportunity to have a hand in multiple aspects of executing an Oshawa FireWolves home game and must be reliable for developing social media campaigns, engaging content, and digital assets to be used throughout the course of the season. This individual will assist in managing the official Fury Instagram account and support the Fury Head Coach in both digital and operational initiatives.ÂJob Responsibilities:Â

Job Responsibilities:Â
- Work with the FireWolves Communications department to assist in various game-night responsibilities and tasksÂ
- Assist with the creation of press releases, media alerts, game notes, matchup previews, postgame recaps, and other press related materialÂ
- Promote the team in any way possible in the local community while working closely with the sales department to push team initiativesÂ
- Assist in scheduling news appearances for players, coaches and staff members on radio, television, newspapers, web blogs, and podcastsÂ
- Write and update bios for players/coaches throughout the season as transactions are madeÂ
- Set up the press box and post-game media room for game days and oversee post-game interviewsÂ
- Serve as an additional contact between the team/front office, the National Lacrosse League, and opposing team lacrosse operationsÂ
- Handle home game media credentialing Â
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Communications & Content ProductionÂ
Qualifications:Â

A qualified candidate should be able to work independently and within a team, handle multiple projects at once, and achieve objectives set forth by their supervisor and themselves. Candidates selected for a role within the organization will be given the opportunity to have a hand in multiple aspects of executing an Oshawa FireWolves home game and must be reliable for assisting the corporate partnerships team throughout the course of the season.Job Responsibilities:

Support outreach efforts to potential corporate partners through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings

Assist in preparing customized sales presentations, proposals, and partnership decks

Provide research, insights, and recommendations to help evaluate prospective partners and sponsorship opportunities

Contribute to the development of creative marketing strategies that promote partnerships and maximize brand visibility

Assist in planning and executing game day activations and experiences tied to partnerships

Help manage corporate hospitality areas and support on-site partner engagement to ensure a high-quality experience

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Oshawa FireWolves Front Office staff
Qualifications:-
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Must be available to work all Oshawa FireWolves home games throughout the season

Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, team-oriented mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the sports industry, with a desire to pursue a career in corporate partnerships

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or fan-facing roles is a plus
